Salary and Benefits
Current PGY4 salary is $68,807 for the 2022-2023 academic year. This includes:
- One month vacation
- One week paid CME (attend AMSSM annual meeting)
- Medical insurance
- Life insurance
- Professional liability insurance
CMEs
Each fellow is awarded time and expenses to attend the AMSSM Annual Conference. Additionally, fellows are given a textbook during their fellowship. The fellows are given time and reimbursement to take the AMSSM Sports Medicine CAQ In-Service Training Exam. We also have review sessions designed to go over core knowledge, which will prepare the fellow to take the sports medicine CAQ.
